Is it possible to remove all JotForm branding from a survey in paid plans?

I am looking into a survey tool solution for my company and one of our requirements is that the tool shows no signs of branding outside of the company's brand standards. Is it possible to send out surveys with no "JotForm" branding on them with a paid plan?

Yes, the option to remove the JotForm branding is available in our paid plans(Bronze, Silver or Gold).
