Does JotForm have fees for payment processing?

Are there transaction fees for taking payment through one of your forms?

JotForm will not charge you while processing payments, you are only limited on the number of payments you can receive while using a free account, you could receive up to 10 payments, for paid accounts the number of payments and submissions limit are the same.

Now, based on the payment gateway you're looking to use, you may be charged a fee, but this will need to be consulted with the payment processor.
