I would like to build a form where users need to choose from four options in three separate sessions without repeating their choice. The number of responses needs to be limited in each choice and the choice needs to be disabled once the number is reached.
There are 190 people who need to slot into the following options
Session 1
Workshop 1 (70 max)
Workshop 2 (70 max)
Workshop 3 (50 max)
Workshop 4 (20 max)
Session 2
Workshop 1 (70 max)
Workshop 2 (70 max)
Workshop 3 (50 max)
Workshop 4 (20 max)
Session 3
Workshop 1 (70 max)
Workshop 2 (70 max)
Workshop 3 (50 max)
Workshop 4 (20 max)

Yes, we have indeed a widget that will allow you to set an available quantity and the option will be disabled once the number is reached.
Take a look to the widget here: https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/inventory
This guide will help you to add it to your form: https://www.jotform.com/help/252-How-to-Add-a-Widget-to-your-Form
Now, to avoid users to select the same option, you could set up conditions, you could show a message alerting your users the same option cannot be selected.
To get more information about how to set up these kind of conditions, please check this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/316-How-to-Show-or-Hide-Fields-Base-on-User-s-Answer
Hope this helps.
