I was hopeful that JotForm would work for our needs, but there are too many email notification problems and default setting errors. I used this contact support form and asked for help but cannot even find my question on the forum. Done. Too many problems with your service to consider a paid account especially when there are 101 online form companies out there.
Please cancel my account and remove my information from your database.

We are very sorry to hear about the inconveniences you have faced with your account
Your username mfrancis74 , appears as a free user and I was not able to find any subscription in our system.
At any rate, you can keep your free subscription with us as long as you wish.
I have checked your form and found the reason for not getting email notifications
All you needed to do is to change the Sender- Email address on your email notification settings to email@example.com
Also, you would need to add Jotmails IP ADDRESSES to your whitelist (or ask your service provider to do it for you)

Your answer fixed the problems we were having. I will keep the free account active and consider a paid account...
