We can change your username by request. Currently, you have a username youyouwifi.
Please note that when you change your username, the current custom URLs on your form will no longer work, you'll need to recreate the custom URLs after the username has been changed. To learn more about custom URLs on your forms, you can check this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/261-How-to-Create-a-Custom-URL-of-a-Form. If you are not currently using the custom URL feature, then no need to worry on this.
Also, please provide us the new username you would like to have. To check the username if it is available, you can go to the "Sign Up page" and use the validation check from there, here's a screencast on how to do that:
After you find an available username that you want, please provide it here and we will make the changes in your account.
