Not receiving emails

    Ive been having the same problem, my email is not on bounce list and I dunno why Im having this kind of problem again! Very inconvenient since our clients are expecting us to work on the orders on time!!!!

    I checked your email activity history and found that your email landed in the bounce list. The inclusion to the bounce list happens when the mail server of the email address rejects the emails sent by JotForm. For this case, it happened to the two email addresses. 

    However upon searching your email address in the bounce list, it is no longer there. So I can only speculate that this may have been caused by one of the IP addresses that JotForm uses. I would suggest to try using or setup your own email as your email sender via SMTP. Although the latter has the best chance in preventing this incident from happening again.
