    Hello Primasia,

I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly. Do you mean to say that when users submit the second form, you want to redirect them to the first form again?

Yes it is possible to achieve your requirement and here are the steps you need to follow:

#1. Grab the direct URL of your first form.

#2. Edit your second form and set the custom thank you URL and add the URL of your first form. The following guide should help you how to set custom thank you URL in form:  https://www.jotform.com/help/38-Redirecting-Users-to-a-Different-Page

    Hope this helps.

Do get back to us if you have any questions.

    Thank you!

Hi, what i meant is i create 2 forms for the save and return function. one form is the contact form and the other is the main form. After the user submit the contact form, can they be re-directed to the main form directly instead of going back to their email and click the link?

    Thanks.

Yes, this is possible. You can add the session URL as a redirect URL on the Thank You Page settings of your first form.

Make sure to use the same session URL for your Thank You Page and emails.

I tested your forms and I saw what you're referring to.

But could you please try testing the form by accessing it directly in the Browser.

Here is the link http://www.jotform.me/form/71212052166444 so try to submit the form directly by using that link.

    I tested and that worked.

Could you please try and let us know how it worked.

    Thank you!

Hi i have tried to enter the link of our main form into the contact form "redirect to external link" but nothing happen after submitting the contact form, i.e. the page is not directed to the main form.

Another question is if i just enter the main form link instead of the session URL with user's email address, will the user be able to save and resume to the form later?

    Thanks.

I checked your Contact form again, but now there was no redirection link so I inserted one, to redirect your users to another form https://www.jotform.me/form/71171398466464 and it worked:

So please test and let us know how it worked.

If you don't want to use this way of saving the data, you could use Auto-fill feature https://www.jotform.com/help/227-How-to-Enable-Auto-Fill-on-Forms so if your user fills the form and closes the Browser he can come back and continue where he left of but it needs to be the same Browser where he started.

    Hope this helps.

    Thank you!

Hi yes the redirect is now working. But that means with the redirect to the main form, the save and continue later function (https://www.jotform.com/help/97-How-to-Save-Forms-and-Continue-Later) cannot be used as there is no unique URL generated?

    Hello Primasia,

I have fixed this issue by adding your main form's session URL in the first form. Please check the screenshot below:

When the first form is submitted, user will be redirected to session form with session URL. I would suggest you to please test your form again and see if that works as expected.

    Thank you!
