How to apply non-profit organization discount for Bronze Plan?

Me interesa obtener el descuento como educador aunque no trabajo en una escuela reconocida. Soy voluntario en  mi comunidad y en mi país desde hace 30 anos y no cobro mis servicios como consejero familiar, pues mi servicio es gratuito. Me enteré de este servicio que ofrecen, me gustó, y deseo una cuenta Bronce. No percibiré dinero de las personas que llenen los formularios. Los utilizo exclusivamente para programar la atención gratuita que le brindo.

Favor de indicarme cómo obtengo un descuento.
