The submit button is no longer working for some reason on our Technician Invoice form.
Can you check it out? We haven't made any updates at all.

I have just tested your form and I can see it works fine, I was able to click on the submit button and was redirected to the Thank You Page:
Is the issue still happening on your end?
I have cleared your forms cache now, please test again and let us know if it persists.

the same issue is still happening. It stays frozen on "please wait"

I can see you shared a link to a webpage: http://www.avleads.com/technicianinvoice/
But the link redirects to the JotForm form https://form.jotform.com/avleads/technicianinvoice, the same I tested and worked before, just tested it again and it worked fine.
Are you using the form with its direct link (https://form.jotform.com/avleads/technicianinvoice) or have you embedded it on a webpage?
I can also see you have added the preview before submit button, could you please try removing the widget and submit your form?
If it works, please try adding the widget again and test once more, if the issue persists, please open the web console of your browser and share us a screenshot about it.
