We are not using a lot of the package we upgraded to. I would like to down grade to the free service and will upgrade again if needed.

    Hello traciefountas,

    It seems you had bronze monthly subscription but then today you switched your subscription to yearly plan. Upon your request, I have cancelled your bronze subscription plan. I have also processed the refund for both the subscription payments. Please allow 3-7 days for the amount to reflect in your account.
