    Data entered on my form won't submit, gets stuck on "Please wait."

    I have read through several similar problems listed in your forum. However, it seemed as if users were redirected to jotforms, the problem resolved.  I have a link on my website http://www.muncietherapy.com/IntakePaperwork.en.html to redirect to jotforms,  https://form.jotform.com/61025247724148, but the problem still occurs.

    I have tested your standalone form and I was able to replicate mentioned issue. When I clicked on Preview Answers button it was stuck on "Please Wait..." and submit button was not shown.

    I have updated Preview Before Submit widget on your form and issue is now resolved. Your form can now be submitted without any issues.

    I am having the same issue when trying to submit, and editing on the JotForm submission.  Our form is here:  http://asoft4133.accrisoft.com/nojcc/index.php?src=gendocs&ref=StaffRequestForm
