Can I text a FORM to my customers?

Hi, I've a client that owns a building supply company. His customers are in the field working every day and need materials regularly. When they are about an hour from needing supplies they order it from his warehouse. As his Business Consultant, I wanted him to be able to "text" a form to these guys every morning to make him the provider of choice. By making it easy for these contractors to use his service. Texting them a form would be really slick. Of course it'd have to work on Iphones and Androids. 

Or am I going to have to just text a link to a form to them? I love the idea of ONE STEP and they submit it.

Please if this is possible and someone is doing it - text me a form so I can see it - 248-Five-FOUR-102-FIVE-0 -- sorry I'd rather not have my phone number scraped by more bots.

I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly. What exactly you want to "Text"? 

I believe the best way is to text them a link to form. They can get the link of form, input data and submit form. Why do you want to send the form to them every morning? Once you create a form and share the URL with them, they can use it every day or whenever they need.

I would suggest you to please explain your workflow requirement a bit more in detail and we will surely help you.
