Form Links going bad?

Hello,

I have posted links to my forms on Facebook Groups and the links seem to have gone bad.  Do the links go bad after a certain amount of time?  I recall checking the links in the post each time before posting, but have rec'd several emails and texts stating that the links are bad. I go back to check and sure enough, they are bad.  This is true for some of my posts and my partners as well.  The links I posted this morning are still good.

Please let me know as this is negatively affecting our business.

Also, are there any error or warning message every time you try to access your form?
