    Form options not coming through on results email.

    On my Ashton Landscaping form at http://www.ashtonlandscaping.com/contact_us.html, I have the form set up to include 11 different options. When I originally created the form, they worked.  Now, for the user it appears to work, but we don't get the information about the options selected in the email.  It just says the question for the options:

    Please check any services you are interested in having Ashton Landscaping contact you about:

    How do I fix that?

    I was able to replicate mentioned issue on my cloned form. After that I have inspected your email Notification and I noticed that value of your checkbox field "Please check any services you are interested in having Ashton Landscaping contact you about:" is not correct. Because of that you were not receiving information that were entered inside of that field.  

    Value that is set inside of email Notification table is {pleaseCheck23}, but correct value of that field is {pleaseCheck25}.

    To resolve this issue you can to remove incorrect field value {pleaseCheck23} and add correct value {pleaseCheck25} of your field. 

    Other way to resolve this issue is to delete existing email Notification and create new email Notification.
