My response emails are not being sent due to all conditions not being met

    I have set up a mail notification but it is not sending due to all conditions not being met - how do I find and change these conditions to allow the email to be sent.

    Described it on this screenshot:

     

    Once you open the saved conditions, mouse over the conditions and then click on the delete icon.

    Then Finish and Save your form.
