We have issues with the Jot form website, how we fix it?

    Our customer can not submit the application

    I was able to replicate the issue. I was stuck on the "Please wait" message after clicking the Submit button.

    Please give me more time to investigate the issue. I will contact you again once I have a solution.

    I cloned your form and I was able to fixed the issue. Here's what I did, I have remove the Preview Before Submit widget on the cloned form. After that, I add the Preview Before Submit widget again. Please try it and let us know how it goes.

    The screenshot/image you're trying to provide cannot be viewed here in the Support Forum. Please follow this guide on how to add image in the Forum:

    1. Login to your JotForm account.
    2. Click this URL: https://www.jotform.com/answers/1134003
    3. Scroll down and under that "Your Answer" text click the Insert/Edit image button. See screen animation below:

    Please try it again so we can see the image you're trying to show us. We'll wait for your response.
