Input Table - In the Column area is it possible to have one column as a drop down and the other column as a text box?

I would like to set up a form that allows me to use a different data collection tool for each column. So for example: Column one is a radio, column two is a drop down, column three is a text box. Also is it possible to have more than one check box in each column?
