    Form Revision History: Why it does not accurately show changes?

    The revision history for this form contains a list of items that are completely wrong.  The only thing that was modified was the "What were your results?" - the width of the field was increased.

    All the other changes did NOT occur.

    I tried making a minor change to another form and something similar happened.  Even though I only made one minor change it shows a long list of changes that didn't take place.

    Could you please try making any change to a different form and find if the same happens? 

    I have checked on my end and I could only see it shows two changes when you only did one. 

    I will report this to our second level so our developers can further investigate, we  will let you know as soon as we receive any update about it.

    I see that the history of the form is still displaying a list of items. I see that the issue is already escalated to our backend team to take a look. Could you also try creating a new form and see if the same thing happens after making changes?

    I created this form https://form.jotform.ca/71215568245255

    and changed the width of the email field.

    The same thing did not happen.  The revision history seems to be fine when a new form is created.

    Thank you for your patience. 

    I was informed by the developer who assigned to this ticket. The problem is that your form is quite old and we have changed so much default values since then. It was the reason for why a small change produced a big difference. It won't be an issue if user makes another changes.
