What constitutes a user in JotForm context?

We're a radio station and often make roadshow appearances in the community. We have a birthday club and sign up members on-site. Can we have your form open on say 5-6 laptops or tablets with our people going around signing up people all at the same time? Does each device count as a "user"? THANKS!

A user in JotForm context is the form owner, the account that allows you to edit the form, view its submissions, analytics, preview changes, view activity logs and so on.

In the use case that you kindly provided, there is nothing that prevents you from creating a form then using it on several devices at the same time, where each device allows people to send submissions, as in fill the form and send it, over and over.

Please be aware that JotForm plans differ in terms of the account limits. You can see these details here: https://www.jotform.com/pricing
