Is it possible to link a ZIP CODE to the street automatically?

I would like to know how to link a ZIP CODE automatically to the address.
For example:

ZIP CODE: 00000-00
Street: __________

Then the person only fill the ZIP CODE

ZIP CODE: 11111-11
Street St. Brazil (this was automatically by the number of the zip code)

Btw, Im using this tool in Brazil, so I would like to use this for CEP (*ZIP CODE in portuguese)

There would be no way to automatically link a street with a zip code.  It could be done by manually setting up a conditions to fill update your street field when specific zip codes were entered:

This would require setting up a condition for each zip code you wanted to use.
