Can you please transfer my form to another account?

    Hi I'd line the form Stargazer from my wolfmealprep@gmail.com account transferred to sghomewatch account that I jsut set up.

     

    I read in your forum its best to have it transferred by you guys?

     

    Please let me know if you need any additional information.

     

    Also the last submission I received only half of the form submitted and the rest of it isn't there... please take a look as this will need to be fixed immediat. Thank you.

    I'm happy and willing to help you in transferring your form into another account. As per your request, I have now moved the form (http://www.jotform.ca/form/70937970084263) from the account ( Wolfmealprep) to the account (sghomewatch). 

    I also checked the last submission of your "Stargazer" Form which is (ID: 3695740284414063425) and I noticed that the submission data are there. Can you please specify what are the fields data that should be there?

    Sorry the second to last entry. I did another one after that to test it. I'm wondering if t was because I don't have the signature fields set as "required" and perhaps they skipped signing and just submitted? But when I click on the signature field settings there is no required option....

    A field can be submitted empty if it is not required. In order to require it, simply click on it's gear icon, then set the required property to "Yes":
