Form not found. This form is disabled.

    Why is my form disabled?  I have clicked enable but it still doesn't work.

    Your account was auto-suspended by our Anti-Phishing Tool. That's why your form was disabled. I manually checked your form ( and I noticed that you are using regular fields to ask credit card details from the users of your form.

    Please note that asking such details from the users is against our Terms of Use. If you want to collect payments from the users of your form, you should use a Payment Field, here are the available Jotform's Integrated Payment Gateways, please see this guide: Order Form Basics.

    I have now removed the guilty fields on your form and re-activated your account. Your form should be now accessible. Please refrain from doing this in the future so that you will not be suspended again.
