Form not found. Form is disabled on all my forms.

    I checked your forms in your account and I noticed that you have added a "Password" Field in your forms. Our Phishing detector marked this as a phishing form and that is the reason why your forms have been disabled. Please note that asking such details like user login credentials is against our Terms of Use.

    If you only would like to limit the access of the users on your form, you may change the label to "Access key" or "Access code" instead of "Password". Because using a password label will trigger our Phishing Detector and will suspend your account.

    I have now removed the password fields on your forms and re-activated your account.
