Customers forms aren't coming through anymore, when I test it then the form doesn't work anymore. My total form submissions are 67 so I am not up to my 100 per month.

I checked your form (http://www.jotform.us/form/70580150390146) and did a test submit. Can you please check if you have received my submission?

white list jot form.

I am glad to know that you received the submission emails. I would suggest you to please add "email@example.com" as a contact in your gmail account and also mark one of the submission email you have received as "Not Spam".
