I have a password, token and user, and Jotform doesn't said there was any problem... but when I go to Salesforce, there is no new lead

Your form is currently NOT integrated to SalesForce. Did you just recently remove the integration. Also, it is important to note that API integration is only for Unlimited or Enterprise SalesForce accounts.
Can you please confirm if your SalesForce account is on Unlimited or Enterprise status?
