How can I save a full version of my contract and not just the filled out sections?

when myself or my client fills out my jotform contract, I want to give the option and have the option myself to save the entire signed document. When i open the submission it only shows the filled out sections and omits the actual contractual information they are agreeing to. Is there an option when saving to have the entire document available for legal reasons?

If I understood you correctly, you want to show text fields with your contractual information on submission page of your form. To achieve that you need to check "Show Headers and Texts" option in the form submissions page. Inside of this guide you can find how to do it:

After that you can create PDF report of your submission that will have all the information from your form. 

How to Download Form Submissions as Excel/CSV/PDF?

Text fields are not shown inside of Email Notification and Autoresponder email. Only input fields are shown. However you can customize your email template and manually add your text. 

You can also attach PDF report of submitted data to Email Notification and Autoresponder email.
