I have a question which involve two form

The first one is registration form and

The second one is progress form

In the registration form, there are several basic profile such as name, age, country and so on while on the progress form it have the basic details only. Do you have any method or suggestion on how do i refer the second form by the first form. Example, James need to fill all the form on the first form with passport number and so on. So, I want the second form which have names, age and country will auto-form by his passport number. Can i?
