    My email keeps getting thrown out and Im not receiving my forms

    I never had a problem with this in the past and now it keeps happening. I need this fixed ASAP!

    Hi, 

    Your email address was on the bounce list, but it should be working now without issues. Can you please explain if you're having any other issues other than the bounce list? I checked the mail log and I can see that emails are sending ok from our side.

    Yes I know it's fixed now but why does this keep happening. It's very important that I don't miss these emails.

    Glad to know it's working again for you.

    Unfortunately there are several reasons why this can happen such as your email provider flagging our emails to you so this forces us to stop sending them and you therefore become bounce listed.

    So how you do explain me not getting an email om Monday and I just checked and I’m not on the bounce list? These emails are a very important part of my business. This issue needs to get fixed. Is there any way to talk to tech support on the phone?

    I logged into your account to figure out what is going on here only to find you ended up in our bounce list. I removed your email from the bounce list again though. This was also the reason that you couldn't forward anything due to your sender address blocking it from being received.

    The guide I gave you above explains a lot of why this might happen but, here is another guide with suggestions to help assist you with ways to prevent bounce-related issues.

    To my current knowledge microsoft is often constantly doing occasional fixes and changes to their platform and mail servers to keep it current to prevent issues and protect against potential threats but, the downside is that these changes can sometimes affect other systems if already using it. I have an outlook account myself and am aware of the issue as well which is not just with us here.

    But, just to be sure I have also checked our mail servers on our end where it looks like things are working normally after testing and I am not aware of any current issues with our own mail servers within the past couple of days.

    The best way to keep track of emails sent, bounced, or failed is by checking your email history to keep an eye on things in your account.

    As for speaking with us over the phone we do not provide phone support so here in the forum is the fastest and best way to get a hold of us to help you in a timely manner.

    When I checked and noticed I missed an email I was not on the bounce list. There was no notification that I was on the bounce list.So there is some sort of other error on your end. I read some of the question and answers from others on your side and see that I'm not the only one that has this problem.

    Actually, yes you are correct that you aren't the only one with the problem as I can confirm we've had a few reports about this issue on occasion which vary to some degree. 

    I've been testing this further with my own outlook account to check on it more but, so far in each of my tests I have been able to receive it which leads me to believe that this possibly may be related to happening after awhile over long term usage.

    Also, I have checked the mail logs and am not seeing any server problems currently that I am aware of for our mail servers. The only thing I am finding in your email history is when you were bounced but, everything else is showing sent.

    For the two that went missing on monday did you try checking your spam folder in your outlook account to see if they accidentally ended up in there? Or did you already check that?

    There's two that were from Monday the 17th, are the ones you didn't receive?

    Yes I checked my junk and spam…nothing there. I was only missing one on Monday May 8th that I noticed. It was a photo booth invoice.

    Can you share to us the details of the specific submission that did not send the email?

    You can review the existing submission data of the form in the View Submission panel

    Tell us more details about that submission that have no sent email and we will check what happens to its email.

    Alternatively, you can also trigger the Notification by re-submitting that submission again. Use the EDIT option to re-submit the form with data. It will trigger the email also.
