    Sub-account users: Unable to create a form directly in the shared folder of the parent account

    Subusers are not able to create forms in a folder, they create a new form and it puts the new form in "My forms".  They are then not able to move the form to a specific folder. 

    What is the best way to accomplish this?

    I think it was possible to create a new form by the sub-account user in the parent account's shared folder. After selecting the shared folder and then clicking on Create a form button should be creating a new form in the shared form in the parent account. As I check it now, it is not working. At this moment, it is only possible to move the newly created in the sub-account form to the shared folder.

    Let me forward the thread to our backend team to check if it is possible to have this feature back. If there is any news in this regard, we'll update you here.

    Thank you.  This is making it difficult to find forms and a hassle for us to find and move the form to the appropriate shared folder.  I hope this feature is fixed.

    I have opened a bug report with this support thread. I cannot provide any ETA at this moment. However, we'll update you here once we have any information in this regard.
