    Hello,

Is there any way to define the name structure of PDFs generated by JotForm and the naming structure of the saved file in Google drive? Basically the same way I can specify the subject of the email that is sent out, i want the PDFs to be aptly named as well. Currently the save in drive with Just a date and time in a folder with just the date. We have to then manually go in and rearrange and rename the files. Also, When we have a PDF sent with the email, it just generates with a random file number. Is there any fix for this?

    Best

If you customize the Sub Folder Name in your Google Drive integration, the PDF file should also take that custom name.

In a test form that I integrated with Google Drive, I made a test submissions and below is the result.

Notice that the PDF file followed the custom name I set during the integration process for the sub-folder.

However, with regards to customizing the PDF file name sent in the email, I'm afraid it would not be possible as it would just always have the submission ID of the submission.

    Thank you.
