    Can I change my username?

    I want to change my username to my company's name so that it is reflected in the URL link of my form.

    We can change your username for you.  Let us know a few of your preferred choices, in case your first choice is taken and we will make the change if the username is available.

    First Choice: Westburne
    Second Choice: Westburne Communications
    Third Choice: Westburne Marketing
    If my username changes, will the below URL link for my form change? (my current username is highlighted)

    The username Westburne was available so I went ahead and made the change.  You username is now Westburne.

    Do you know why I might be getting this “Slug is already in use” error message when I try to change the URL link for my form?

    If you are using custom URL, you just need to update your username in the existing custom form URL or you can recreate it in the form builder.

    Try using something other than the default custom URL.  The - character at the end of the one showing up by default is causing the error in the custom URL.  Here is what is being added by default:

    westburne-electronic-communication-

    If you use this instead, it will work:

    westburne-electronic-communication

    Or anything else without a special character at the end.
