We submitted a previous form ticket where emails were not being sent when Authorize.Net postings occurred. The submission form in JotForm was not being updated either. This was resolved for that form however the same thing is now happening to another form. We thought the resolution was not form specific but a general problem.
Please review and please help us determine why when our AR Credit Card Payments form is being used we are not seeing the transactions recorded in Jotform and emails triggered.
If there is something we need to change in our existing forms that use this feature please let us know as this is causing an extreme headache in our accounting division. They rely heavily on the emails.
Attached is a specific transaction done using the form where the transaction is recorded in authorize.net but not in JotForm.
