I have 4 leads and I can see it, I received a notice of unauthorized. Can someone help me fix this issues.

Forms that you provided are created on guest_apiDemo account, which is Jotform account with demo forms.
On your account varese you have 4 forms, but those forms do not have any submissions.
I noticed that you have deleted your submissions.
It is not possible to recover deleted submissions.
I can only suggest you to check the emails that were sent to your email address, when your form was submitted and try to find submitted data there. You also can check email history logs on your account:
