Hello,
People are trying to pay with paypal or other ways and it's not going through. I also can't access my form to see what's wrong. Do you have a phone number?

The submissions have ended in the "Incomplete payments" dashboard: https://www.jotform.com/help/135-How-to-view-incomplete-payments
Please note that this happens whenever the user does not complete the payment at the PayPal page: https://www.jotform.com/help/272-Paypal-Incomplete-Payments-FAQ
Also, we would suggest you to enable Paypal IPN (Instant Payment Notification), which is a POST message sent by Paypal whenever a transaction is completed on their side: https://www.jotform.com/help/276-How-to-Enable-IPN-on-your-Paypal-Account
