Conditionally sent emails no longer sending after option text updated

    This is a copy of the Order that supposedly was submitted to my website this morning:

    HOWEVER, I did not receive my email notification. Nor did the company who is supposed to receive an email notification of the order. This is a BIG problem, this means orders are not being processed, I am not making money, my customers are not going to get their orders.

    I have already quadrouple checked my notifications email settings, as well as checked the "bouncelist" for my email address (it is not on the bounce list).

    My wife has spent countless HOURS creating the types of forms I need, and I am about to have her start over with a different form company. I am very upset that there is no phone number that I can speak directly and immediately with a tech support person. We need this resolved asap.

    I checked your form and the email notification is set to send conditionally.  It will only trigger if one or more of the conditions associated with it are met.  None of the conditions set up to send the notification were met.

    The following condition is close:

    But the actual value in the form submitted does not match:

    It looks like the option text may have been updated but the condition was not.  This is what prevented the email from triggering.

    Check the condition in your form to ensure they are updated to the correct option text.
