    We had a questionable charge to our credit card that said JotForm, then a phone number next to it that called a company name Stripe? The charge was for $159 but we are signed up to be charged only $19/month. We wanted to make sure this was a legit charge from Jotform. Our username is simplyorthodontics

    When I check your account I find that you have subscribed to the Bronze Yearly plan since 22nd March 2016. JotForm is a subscription service and will continue until you cancel. It auto-renews at the end of each term and you will be charged for the subsequent term.Please check your invoices on this link after you log in to your Jotform account. 

    "Stripe" is one of our payment tools, and the service has been renewed automatically because you have not cancelled your subscription.

    If you want to cancel your current Bronze Yearly subscription immediately, please let us know on this thread. We will make a refund for the remaining days and then you can subscribe to Bronze Monthly plan.
