"Please wait" when submitting encrypted form

Hi. I am very happy with jotform. I have created an encrypted form and I calm that the data travels safe. Today I called a client and said that when using the encrypted form of jotform is waiting ... One moment please, and so forever. Not how many customers have gone without being able to pay, but today jotform makes me lose my economy. Please check the encryption system...

Postdata: Please Mr. Antony Jotform...Can you remove the display limits and leave the shipping limits only? I'll send you a Spanish ham if you do ...

We're glad to know you're happy using JotForm, I have checked your form and I was able to submit and get through without issues, I also cloned your form and tested on different browsers, there's no issue. 

Did your client use the JotForm standalone version? Or do you have the form embedded on your website? If so, please provide the link so we can test it. Otherwise, I don't see any issue with the form or the encryption system.
