I am having trouble being able to view an encrypted form

Unable to download security or able to view messages 

You will need the private key to be able to open/view the submissions of the encrypted form. Keep in mind that if you misplace the private key, there is no other means to view the submission of the encrypted form.

Your option if you loose the key is to disable the encryption so that you can view new incoming submissions.
