How can a shared form (sent from one jotform acct to me, another jotform account) recieve full ownership of the form?

You may get the full ownership of the form only when the form is moved to your account completely. If the form is in another account, you may request the form owner to open a thread here for moving the form to your account so that we can proceed further.
