I cant answer my form. "Keep waiting" forever

    Im trying to end my form but it cant send the answers

    I just tried submitting your form, it took a long time to be submitted. Upon inspecting the browser console logs, there was and error message given:

    The problem is related to the URL of the background image, which is served via a non-secure URL(http), and your form which runs with the secure protocol(https). In order to fix this, simply remove the background image, and add it back again using the secure URL: https://www.jotform.com/images/backgrounds/bright_squares.png
