    Oddities with our form and very slow!

    Hello,

    On the final page of our form, one of our rescue partners attempted to submit. She received the "There are errors on the form. Please fix them before continuing." message. 

    There are multiple pages, with required fields, but she was able to get to the final page without a problem. As you can see in the screenshot, there are only 2 required items on the final page, just checkmarks. They are both checked. 

    I am also finding that the form is loading very slowly.

    Ken,

    You did not mention which of your form it was. So I can only assume it was this form

    I reviewed the form and I noted 2 things.

    Autofill form was enabled

     

    and Clear Hidden field values was enabled as well.

     

    I have a hunch that the Continue Form later was having a conflict with Clear Hidden field values because there were also Conditions on your form that Hide fields.

    What I suggest you try for now is to disable the option Continue Form Later. Observe for know how the form performs after disabling this option.

    That is the form, thank you. It just seems odd because we have had the form set this way for months, and we received a completed form just an hour or so before we received an email about the problem, and then I was able to complete the form without any problem.

    We apologize for any inconvenience caused. I think the delays also have to do with the issue on our side.

    We had a network related issue earlier in the day that causes slow loading form and submissions failing when submitting form.

    But the issue had been reverted and fixed already by our backend team. Everything should be at normal state at this time.
