Changed name of form but email sent to customer still says old name

    I used an old form created for making reservations to an event for our new event.  I changed the name of the form but the email that the customer receives still says the name of the old form.  I cannot find any other place to change the name.

    The form is now titled Meissner Brown Building Membership Tour but email says Willing Avenue Membership Tour

    Please check your form Notification Email template. Make sure the Subject line is correct.

    The form title/name can also be changed/edited. So check also if the form was using the correct title/name.
