I am interested in creating an application that can be filled out online

I have a current pdf form, would like to have the applicants be able to fill out on line

You need to create the form using our form builder. We have a PDF import tool, but this tool can only convert PDF to PDF. Just converting PDF and hosting it on our server including its data. The tool cannot convert a PDF to an online form.
