How to add line breaks on field labels?

Is there a way I can add line breaks between text heavy paragraphs? I can't figure this out.

Are you trying to add a line break to a field label? 

If so, then this is not possible since you cannot format the text of a label and it will not accept custom HTML code either. 

If you would need to display a long text as label, you would need to use a text field: 

 

If using "text" would I be able to separate text with paragraphs / line
breaks? Some of our items are very long and it's easier to read if they are
spaced out.

As my colleage mentioned you cannot add custom HTML code to you field label. 

We can only suggest you to use Text fields for your question label. With Text field you will be able to separate text with paragraphs, like this.
