We've been getting quite a few calls from customers saying they are getting error messages after submitting forms.
I have attached a screen shot of one of the error message forwarded to me. Could you please explain the attached error message?

Thank you for contacting us.
The processor decline error usually means that a bank of your customer declined the credit card payment. You may suggest your customer trying with another credit card or contacting their bank.
If you need any further assistance, please let us know.

Is there a way to track form submission errors?

You will only know that the user tried to submit your form but not able to process the payment by checking it on your Submission Page. Click the Incomplete Payments and you will see the user's submission with incomplete payments.
