How can I add a box of about ten emails

    how can I add a box of about ten emails. The user can pick one of the emails. When the submit button is hit that email gets a PDF of the form.

    You can follow the technique described on this user guide:  

    How-to-Send-Email-Based-on-User-s-Answer

    Create first your ten emails. Then, follow the guide above to set condition on which email will be sent base on the user's answer.

    For the users to receive the submission PDF, set to ON the PDF Attachment option in Autoresponder email.
