Can i downgrade to free plan without cancelling the account?

im currently on bronze plan and want to downgrade to free plan as we will not receive more submissions. Can i downgrade without cancelling the account? After i pressed "downgrade" i am given the option to "cancel my account".

Hello Julia,

If what you mean is by downgrading your subscription without cancelling it is by pausing a renewal at the time it is needed, unfortunately this is not possible. But you can upgrade or downgrade your subscription anytime. You can still use your account under free subscription without worries, so long as you are within the limits for free subscription.
