Getting "XML Error Access Denied" message when downloading uploaded file

We are also experiencing the same issue in our xml sitemap. Basically we are the online B2B eCommerce portal, so we have created an index sitemap xml, which contains the other sitemaps.

Can you please share to us the Form ID where you have encountered the said issue so that we can further check? Can you please confirm to us that the files are being uploaded successfully by the users of your form and you have received them on your end?
