I am having reports that some users done see the form, they just see "no name or iD provided"
I have asked them to try other browsers and it appears in Chrome, Firefox, Safari
I have asked them to clean out there cache but that too doesnt seem to work.

Is that the exact error message that is displayed when they try to view your page?
It's kind of odd because I can't seem to reproduce the error using any browser on my end.
On another note, I notice that you are providing your users with an Order ID that is sent via email. Is it possible that it is the autoresponder email that they are not receiving?
Can you please confirm with your users the exact problem that they are having?

That is the exact message that they are displayed with.
I shall get one of them to send over a screen shot so you can see it.
Quick Question - How do I upload a screenshot to a question that has already been asked?

Upload the image using this link, then paste the URL to the image in your response.

Just to clarify - the screenshot is what they see when they go on to the page. They never actually seem to be able to get to the JotForm itself.

Your form is working fine in my end also upon checking in your website. Have you tried already embedding your form code into your website using this method http://www.jotform.com/help/148-How-to-get-your-Form-s-Iframe-Code? If not, please give a try then let us know if the said issue still persist or not.

I didnt use iFrame. I used the Joomla code as that is what we run CMS wise.
I shall move over to the iFrame code and try that.

We are looking forward hearing good news from you after re-embedding using iFrame.
Have a great day!

I have used iFrame and its still the same.
The end user has a program called Teamviewer installed. You can download a free trial to remotely access his machine and see the problem in action if that helps.
The software can be found here: www.teamviewer.com
It has a text "chat" facility or I can supply you with a telephone number to speak directly if you would prefer.
If you are up for this, I just need to supply an ID number and password for you to connect to his machine [Can I privately message you that?]
if you dont need/want to remotely connect to see the issue please advise on any other steps we can take?

A quick search for the term "no form id or name provided" gave me a lot of Joomla-related pages. Does the name "FacileForms" or "BreezingForms" ring a bell to you?
- stroonAnswered on July 13, 2012 at 02:51 PM
Yes it does. Let me investigate further.
