اخي الكريم انا المشكله الي عندي لما انشر الصفحه ما بينشرها مو اعرف ليش يجيني الكلا

Creating a new account or email will not fix the issue, I checked your form and I can see that you are collecting passwords and login credentials as my colleague said, this is not allowed, and it's a violation of our terms of use. 

Your account is currently suspended, in order to get your account re-activated, we will need to delete those forms, and you will have to create forms that comply with our terms of use. 

If you try to create these forms under a new account, they will be suspended as well.
